Job summary

The Cleaning Authority in Fresno, CA is seeking a motivated Housekeeper for a full-time role. You will work Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm, in residential homes with a partner to complete scheduled cleaning tasks.

No prior experience is required; we offer a 2–3 week hands-on training program with seasoned trainers. Mileage reimbursement and paid holidays are part of our benefits, with opportunities for advancement as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• Hold a valid California driver’s license.
• Have a reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance.
• Be able to pass a background check.
• Have a great attitude, be a team player, and take pride in your work.
• A willingness to learn. Everybody can clean, but not everyone cleans like we do!
• Be able to be on your feet all day with light lifting (less than 25 pounds).

Responsibilities

• You’ll be trained on our Detail‑Clean Rotation System and work with a partner to complete daily cleaning tasks.
• You’ll visit different homes every day, delivering professional house cleaning services.
• You’ll contribute to customer satisfaction by maintaining quality cleans and flexible scheduling.
