Qualifications

• Full therapist, counselor or social work license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a therapeutic setting with knowledge of modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
• Compassionate, non-judgmental and culturally sensitive.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Experience with trauma-informed care; children and adolescents a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and couples therapy to clients.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records.
• Offer guidance and support to clients through difficult life situations.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals as necessary.
• Attend team meetings and continuing education opportunities to stay up to date with the latest therapeutic practices.
• Ensure adherence to ethical and professional standards of practice.
