Job summary

Just Mind Counseling in Austin is seeking a licensed psychologist (PhD or PsyD) for part-time work to see 10 to 15 clients weekly at our North Austin or South Austin offices.

Hours are negotiable with some weekend or evening sessions; you can build a hybrid schedule with most sessions onsite. This W2 position features a commission-based pay structure and benefits including a 401(k) plan with matching and paid EMDR training.

Qualifications

• Licensed psychologist with a PhD or PsyD.
• Active Texas license required.
• Experience in psychological assessments.
• Experience in couples and child/adolescent therapy; EMDR.

Responsibilities

• See 10–15 clients per week.
• Some weekend or evening hours.
• Hybrid schedule with most sessions onsite.
• Maintain predictable hours for clients.
