Job summary

Grandview Medical Center is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care across the nursing process. You will coordinate and deliver high-quality care in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and the care team to achieve optimal outcomes.

This role requires 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience, AL or compact state licensure, and BCLS certification. ACLS/PALS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Alabama or compact state.
• BCLS certification required; ACLS and PALS preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nursing process and patient care standards.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to develop care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in life-saving interventions.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and post-discharge care.
