Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred; CNA preferred; degree in social work or related field.

Responsibilities

• Record vital signs accurately.
• Report changes to the RN after patient interactions.
• Follow therapeutic interventions outlined by the team and contribute to development and revision.
• Employ crisis-intervention techniques, lead MHT groups, and use CPI techniques.
• Assist patients through discharge and support adjustment to life changes.
• Comply with policies for a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment, using universal precautions.
