Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess residents, follow protocols, document changes.
• Complete admission assessments, MAR, TAR, POS and physician orders.
• Process discharges, notify physician/guardian, arrange transport.
• Wound care per protocols including dressing changes.
• Lead CNAs and CMTs to ensure facility protocol compliance.
• Respond promptly to emergencies.
