Qualifications

• Education: Vocational/Technical Diploma; Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Experience: None.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; customer service with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Responsabilités

• Deliver patient care as part of a health care team; assess resident needs, plan and modify care, and implement interventions.
• Evaluate intervention outcomes with the health care team.
• Perform and document vital signs, basic resident care, and procedures.
• Administer prescribed medications and start intravenous fluids, observing, reporting and documenting effects.
• Collect specimens and perform routine laboratory tests.
• Maintain and sterilize lab equipment, instruments, and supplies.
• Perform additional nursing duties as assigned.
• Communicate resident healthcare needs to the team or provider.
• Assure daily accurate, concise reporting and documentation of resident condition and needs.
• Share input from resident and family with the healthcare team.
• Promptly answer resident requests and address needs.
• Report significant events to healthcare team members.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
• Follow safety rules to ensure a safe resident environment.
