Job summary

All Seniors Foundation seeks a friendly Phone Intake Coordinator to be the first contact for seniors and families. You will conduct initial intakes, gather personal and medical information, answer questions about services, and guide clients to the right resources. This role values empathy, confidentiality, and teamwork in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
• Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or healthcare setting preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls professionally and timely.
• Conduct patient intake, collecting and recording information with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide information about services and resources to seniors and families.
• Guide seniors through connecting with appropriate resources and services.
• Maintain and update patient records in the database system.
• Collaborate with the team to improve the intake process.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
