Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient assessments and create personalized treatment plans.
• Develop rehab programs including exercises, manual techniques, gait training, and modalities.
• Provide hands-on care to improve mobility and function; monitor progress.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and injury prevention for home use.
• Maintain accurate treatment records, progress notes, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Discharge patients when goals are met and provide follow-up recommendations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support patient care.
