Haven Home Care Inc. is hiring caregivers to support older adults in Summit County, Ohio. You’ll travel to clients’ homes, assist with daily living tasks, and provide companionship. Pay varies by license or experience, with 10% holiday pay and a paid training pathway.

We offer a W-2, direct deposit, biweekly pay, and opportunities for raises after 90 days, 1 year, and 2 years. You set your limits and choose client assignments; drive time is compensated and we cover 14 cities across the region.

Qualifications

• Empathy and reliability to support elderly clients.
• Ability to assist with non-medical daily living activities.
• Willingness to work in clients' homes across multiple cities.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with daily living activities in their homes.
• Provide companionship and help with meals, bathing, dressing, light housekeeping.
• Ensure client safety and communicate concerns to supervisor.
