Job summary

Right at Home in Grand Island, NE is hiring Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to support seniors and adults with disabilities. Join a fast-growing home care company with 25+ years of experience and make a difference in clients’ lives.

You will provide personal care, companionship, meal prep, mobility assistance, medication reminders, and light housekeeping in clients' homes. This role offers weekly pay, flexible schedules, and opportunities for training and advancement within a supportive team

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Pass a background check.
• CNA license, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with transferring/moving client around their home.
• Housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, dishes, linens, laundry, bathroom cleaning.
• Prepare meals and snacks as instructed.
• Accompany client to errands or medical appointments.
• Bathing, showering, dressing, shaving.
• Medication reminders.
• Assist with prescribed range of motion exercises.
• Dementia care.
• Provide companionship activities like reading, music, puzzles.
