Qualifications

• Experience providing direct services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to implement ISP-based skills and activities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services and supervision to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities as needed.
• Carry out prescribed health care programs, including medication administration.
• Drive and accompany individuals to appointments and activities, following motor vehicle laws.
• Implement behavior programs per individualized behavior plans.
• Complete logs, charts, medication administration records, incident reports, and other required paperwork.
• Maintain privacy, dignity and confidentiality of individuals served.
• Adhere to Tender Care policies and DD licensing requirements.
