Job summary

Kobelco Aluminum Products & Extrusions Inc. in Bowling Green, KY is hiring a Material Handler to keep production moving. You will operate forklifts and combi lifts, load and unload materials, and maintain material flow using FIFO as instructed.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2–3 years of manufacturing experience, and ability to read and speak English. Forklift experience is required, and safety and quality are emphasized in a drug-free workplace.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and combi lifts safely to transport materials.
• Load and unload scrap bins, bundles, racks, carts, and ovens.
• Follow production instructions and maintain material flow (FIFO).
• Inspect materials and report defects to Quality or leadership.
• Label, bundle, and rack extrusions per instructions.
• Complete required production and packing documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What You'll Do

Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with heat, noise, and moving equipment
