Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a mental health field is required.
• Experience with behavior management, caseloads, and students with emotional disturbances is beneficial.
• Ability to learn and apply TACT-2 behavioral assessment and restraint procedures.
• Proficiency with CIU-20 computer-based and web-based programs is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment and educational strategies for assigned students in the Emotional Support Program.
• Monitor each treatment plan to ensure compliance with DPW and Colonial IU 20 standards.
• Assist with program operations and adhere to background clearances and onboarding requirements.
