Join us for a virtual interview day to explore career opportunities and growth within a nurse-empowered organization committed to innovative, life-saving care. We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses with active RN licenses for full-time night shifts in Medical Oncology.

Position Details
  • Department: Medical Oncology
  • Bed Capacity: 40 beds
  • Patient Population: Surgical & Medical Oncology Patients, end-of-life care
  • Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:4-5
Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe, effective, and independent nursing care using the nursing process
  • Perform patient assessments and develop care plans
  • Document care accurately in records
  • Recognize learning needs and provide education to patients and families
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
  • Participate in leadership roles and staff orientation
  • Engage in professional development and quality improvement activities
Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited BSN or ADN program with recent nursing experience (see details in original description)
  • Valid RN license in Georgia
  • BLS certification; ACLS may be required
  • Additional certifications as needed based on department
