Job summary

Pepsi MidAmerica is seeking an Equipment Moving Operator in Poplar Bluff, MO. This full-time role involves transporting vending machines and other equipment, installing and relocating at customer locations, and performing store resets.

You will also assist with basic maintenance, keep accurate inventory records, and follow all safety policies while collaborating with store staff and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Valid Class E driver's license or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Good communication skills.
• Previous merchandising/warehouse/delivery experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport and move vending machines, coolers, displays, and other equipment.
• Install, relocate, and organize equipment at customer locations.
• Complete store resets, rearranging displays and promotional materials.
• Assist with cleaning, basic maintenance, minor repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Track equipment movement and maintain inventory records.
• Follow safety policies and work with customers and store personnel professionally.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, merchandising, and management teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What You'll Do

• Safely transport and move vending machines, coolers, displays, and other company equipment.
