Job summary

FEV Group GmbH in Auburn Hills is seeking an Emissions Technician to analyze emissions from motor vehicles. The candidate will perform maintenance and calibration of exhaust gas analyzers, produce quality documents, and troubleshoot equipment. Required qualifications include 1-3 years' experience, Horiba MEXA-ONE expertise, and strong communication skills. A two-year degree or equivalent is preferred. This position requires working the 2nd Shift from 3:00pm to 11:00pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years' experience servicing and maintaining modern automotive exhaust gas analyzer equipment.
• Ability to read electrical and gas flow diagrams.
• Must work 2nd Shift (3:00pm – 11:00pm).

• Perform maintenance and calibration of modern automotive exhaust gas analyzers
• Produce and maintain quality documents generated with MS Word and Excel
• Troubleshoot and repair modern automotive exhaust gas analyzers

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-3 years' experience servicing and maintaining modern automotive exhaust gas analyzer equipment
• Must have Horiba MEXA-ONE emissions equipment experience
• Ability to maintain quality records and procedures
• Ability to read electrical and gas flow diagrams
• Must have strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work well both within a team and independently
• Education: Two-year degree or equivalent preferred
• Must work 2nd Shift (3:00pm – 11:00pm)
