Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related discipline is required.
• Experience with Python and/or MATLAB for data analysis, visualization, or automation is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret engineering data is desired.
• Understanding of controls, diagnostics, or statistics is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Investigates product, system, and technology problems related to thermal and fluid sciences; documents results with guidance from senior members.
• Applies and supports process improvements across engineering workstreams and tools such as GT-Power, Fluent, Converge, and more.
• Obtains input from stakeholders and delivers information and recommendations to support project decisions.
• Owns resolution for moderately complex components and provides input for analysis, design optimization, feasibility studies, or architecture definition.
• Contributes to team goals and develops proficiency in core competency areas.
