Job summary

Southeast Orthopedic Specialists, LLC in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking a Full-Time EMG/Nerve Conduction Technician to support our diagnostic team and perform electrodiagnostic testing under physician supervision.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year of EMG experience, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to patient care. Travel between clinic locations may be required in this growing practice.

Qualifications

• EMG/nerve conduction testing experience.
• HIPAA knowledge and medical records familiarity.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to travel between clinic locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform nerve conduction and EMG studies under physician supervision.
• Recognize and troubleshoot artifacts to ensure accurate results.
• Prepare, maintain, and restock instruments, equipment and exam rooms.
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures.
• Calculate, record and report nerve conduction values precisely.
• Act as liaison between patients and providers with empathy.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Ensure equipment quality and readiness following safety standards.
• Retrieve and organize test results for physician review.
