Job summary

Premier Orthopaedics is seeking an Electrodiagnostic (EMG/NCS) Provider to perform and interpret EMG/NCS studies and contribute to diagnostic assessment and treatment planning for complex neuromuscular and musculoskeletal conditions. The role spans multiple locations in PA, NJ, and DE, with emphasis on clinical excellence and patient safety.

The candidate should have MD/DO with neurology or PM&R training, board eligibility/certification, and a minimum of one year of EMG/NCS experience, with

Qualifications

• MD or DO with accredited residency in Neurology or PM&R/Physiatry.
• Board eligible or certified by ABPN/ABPMR/ABEM.
• Active, unrestricted state medical license and DEA registration.
• Minimum of one year of EMG/NCS experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct focused neuromuscular histories and physical examinations to establish differential diagnoses for electrodiagnostic studies.
• Perform NCV testing and needle EMG using specialized diagnostic equipment.
• Analyze wave patterns, latency, and amplitude data; generate comprehensive diagnostic reports.
• Explain procedures clearly to patients and adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
• Maintain meticulous EHR documentation ensuring CPT codes and clinical justifications meet standards.
