Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition professional to lead university recruiting efforts. The role involves acting as a trusted advisor, shaping recruitment strategies, and collaborating with program managers, coordinators, hiring managers, and executives to drive high-impact hires.

The candidate will utilize trends in university recruiting, travel for recruiting trips and events, and manage pipeline direction with metrics-based results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in university recruiting and tech.
• Leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a focus on strategic stakeholder alignment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a track record of influencing organizational best practices.
• Ability to travel to execute university recruiting trips and events as needed

• Leverage knowledge of university recruiting trends related to hiring.
• Execute university recruiting trips and events as needed.
• Own and execute pipeline direction, driving results through metrics-based measurement and offer/close rates.
• Manage hiring execution to meet goals for multiple teams, communicating objectives and priorities

ABOUT THE JOB

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Operate Autonomously: Serve as a trusted talent advisor for complex hiring across Emerging Talent in Hardware.
• Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using prospecting techniques, tools, and automation to continuously improve candidate management and data extraction processes.
• Collaborate closely with the emerging talent team, program managers, coordinators, hiring managers, and senior leadership to shape recruitment strategy, guide process improvements, and drive high-impact, complex hiring projects.
• Leverage a deep understanding of university recruiting and trends related to hiring.
• Execute university recruiting trips and events as needed.
• Own and execute pipeline direction, driving results through metrics-based measurement, including sourcing outreach, candidate-driven data, and offer/close rates.
• Manage the hiring execution to meet goals for multiple teams, effectively communicating objectives and priorities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in university recruiting and tech.
• Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a focus on strategic stakeholder alignment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a track record of influencing organizational best practices.
• Ability to travel to execute university recruiting trips and events as needed

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in startups, tech, and relevant hardware domains.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Flexible and solution-oriented in troubleshooting routine obstacles.

US Salary Range

$117,000 — $154,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
