Walgreens Co. is seeking a Store Manager or similar leadership role to supervise front-end operations and oversee pharmacy and retail store activities.

You will lead a team, hire and coach staff, and partner with the Store Manager to achieve company goals. Responsibilities include ensuring exceptional customer service, managing scheduling and cash handling, and using data to drive improvements while maintaining compliance and store safety.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record; or completed Walgreens Community Internship Program; or High School Diploma/GED with two years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities incl. professional ethics, motivation, and strong communication skills.
• Completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks of start.

Aufgaben

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters; manages front end and provides recommendations for Pharmacy and Retail Store operations.
• Supports Store Manager to operate store, works alternate schedule with overlap, and covers store activities in absence of Store Manager; ensures proper merchandising and asset protection.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline of direct reports to meet deliverables.
• Analyzes customer service metrics, coaches staff, and develops improvement plans to exceed customer expectations.
• Supervises store operations, scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and adherence to policies and laws.
• Drives store performance via data analysis and supports Pharmacy during busy periods.
• Mentors team, maintains compliance, and fosters accountability and professional development.
• Ensures safety and security procedures and maintains clean, presentable store environment.
