Walgreens Co. in Maryland seeks an experienced Store Manager to supervise the front-end and pharmacy operations, drive customer service excellence, and safeguard assets. You will recruit, coach, and develop the store team to meet company goals across merchandising, store safety, and profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and data-driven decision making, with a path toward Store Manager advancement and relocation flexibility as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Walgreens internship or two years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, ethics, motivation and communication skills.
• Willingness to complete Walgreens LEAP training within 12 weeks of start date.
• Fluency in reading/writing/speaking English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise store team members, including recruitment and performance management.
• Manage front-end and pharmacy operations, scheduling, and adherence to SOPs.
• Monitor customer experience and coach teams to exceed service standards.
• Ensure store compliance with all laws, policies and safety requirements.
• Use data to drive store performance and profitability enhancements.
