Responsibilities
  • Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters. Manages the front end of the store and provides recommendations on the overall operations of the Pharmacy and Retail Store.
  • Supports Store Manager in store operations, covers responsibilities in their absence, and ensures proper merchandising, asset protection, and sales growth.
  • Leads and manages store team members, including recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline.
Customer Experience
  • Engages customers, resolves complaints, and models customer service best practices.
