Responsibilities

1. Supervise customer service associates and designated hitters, managing the front end of the store and supporting overall pharmacy and retail operations.
2. Assist the Store Manager with store operations, covering responsibilities in their absence, ensuring proper merchandising, asset protection, and sales growth.
3. Lead and manage team members, including recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline to meet company goals.
4. Enhance customer experience by engaging with customers, resolving complaints, and coaching staff on service excellence.
5. Oversee store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, cash control, and safety procedures.
6. Analyze financial and performance data to support business growth and operational improvements.
7. Lead people management initiatives, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
8. Participate in training programs and pursue personal development to meet role requirements.
9. Ensure effective communication within the team and support strategic planning.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, including management experience or completion of Walgreens internship programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and business skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and accept promotion to Store Manager if offered.
• Fluency in English.

Additional Information
