Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to work alongside the Site Manager in Pine Bluff, AR. You will develop the team, own the guest experience, and uphold standards in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

You will onboard and coach staff, manage scheduling, promote memberships and services, and resolve customer issues promptly. Prior supervisory experience is preferred; a track record of ownership matters more than title.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support teammates; onboard new hires and reinforce company values.
• Assist with scheduling and shift management to ensure adequate staffing.
• Promote positive culture, recognize achievements, and address conflicts promptly.
• Identify training needs and coordinate development opportunities to boost team engagement.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and upsell memberships and services.
• Monitor and improve customer experience and raise suggestions to leadership.
• Check equipment daily and report issues; support safety protocols and routine cleaning.
• Track inventory and restock supplies; identify operational improvements.
• Promote memberships and services to drive site sales; support promotions.
• Respond to customer concerns promptly and escalate when needed.
