Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of research experience by hire.
• Strong molecular biology skills.
• Cell culture expertise.
• Primary cell culture experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Analytical and judgement skills to conduct analyses and develop appropriate recommendations.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Support molecular, cellular, and tissue biology activities in the lab (iPSC culture, cell line editing, histology, animal husbandry).
• Independently perform complex analyses using established and new approaches.
• Help develop protocols and apply spatial transcriptomic and proteomic analyses to musculoskeletal and adipose tissues.
• Contribute to independent projects while collaborating with the team; manage data and records.
• Communicate with laboratory and LARC staff; assist with genotype analyses and data interpretation.
