Job summary

Alfred Benesch & Company is seeking a Roadway Designer I to join the Civil-Roadway team in Wisconsin. You will work on transportation projects, perform engineering models and analyses, and coordinate drafting with clients. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

The role involves collaboration within a team, field inspections when needed, and travel to project sites. A BS in Civil Engineering and familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation are required or preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
  • E.I.T (or desire to obtain P.E. in the future) preferred.
  • Knowledgeable in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, and Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

  • Assist on transportation projects with state and local agencies.
  • Perform modeling, analysis, and/or design calculations; coordinate drafting.
  • Collaborate with team to prepare project elements and documentation.
  • Be adaptable to field inspection tasks and travel as needed.
