Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the property/casualty market with underwriting, claims, or forms product development experience.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills with executive presence.
• Industry accreditation (CPCU) preferred but not required.
• Ability to conduct deep research using academic sources and distill into insurance-relevant presentations/reports.
• PowerPoint proficiency is required.
• Data visualization tools proficiency preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Project management skills.
• Ability to set and meet commitments in a high production environment to meet tight deadlines and quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Research and deliver presentations on emerging risks for a property/casualty insurance audience in 1:1 customer workshops, webinars, and industry conferences.
• Coordinate research efforts across multiple Verisk business units.
• Author long-form research reports on emerging risks.
• Travel up to 15%.
• Work closely with Verisk subject matter experts to reflect their expertise and views in customer materials.
• Contextualize emerging risks across lines of property/casualty insurance and support informed decision-making.
