The position requires a 4-year degree with 2+ years PM experience in construction, strong communication, and proficiency with project software.

Qualifications

  • 4-year college degree preferably in engineering or construction management.
  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
  • Detailed knowledge of project management fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications; MS Project/Primavera a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects in accordance with Pike Policies and Procedures.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure trusted business relations.
  • Oversee subcontractors and material procurement.
  • Implement effective change control and risk management.
  • Prepare thorough project estimates prior to construction.
  • Provide performance feedback to operations and field management.
  • Complete contract reporting and status updates for field operations, management and client.
  • Maintain financial controls to ensure profitability on projects.
  • Support emergency and storm restoration when needed.
