Job summary

GSD&M, based in Honolulu, seeks an Associate Search Campaign Manager to execute hands-on Google Search/PPC campaigns, including creation, management, and optimization. You will be mentored as you learn to align campaigns with client goals and business needs for stronger results.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll receive guidance and gradually expand your expertise in data analysis, reporting, and optimization strategies while delivering measurable impact for clients.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of Search Experience.
• Knowledge of or interest in Paid Search (PPC/SEM).
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize multiple Google Search campaigns to drive leads ($100k – $3M).
• Attend regular meetings with team members to review results and make optimization recommendations.
• Assist team by providing feedback/analysis of campaigns.
• Recommend opportunities based on client KPIs.
• Work with vendors to facilitate contracts and reporting.
