CHA Consulting, Inc. seeks Early Career Mechanical Engineers to join our growing Mechanical Engineering teams.

You'll work alongside Professional Engineers and multidisciplinary teams to support planning, design, and implementation of infrastructure across a variety of markets—while gaining hands‑on experience and building a strong foundation for your career. Ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering; EIT preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred.
• No prior engineering experience required; internships or cooperative learning in related fields preferred.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, or other drafting/modeling software preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams on mechanical engineering design development and implementation.
• Perform technical analysis and support diverse systems, new designs, and updates to existing schemes.
• Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, supporting client, contract, and company requirements.
• Help identify timely, cost-effective solutions that meet project goals and community needs.
• Support technology‑enhanced planning and design services across public, private, and institutional projects.
