CHA Consulting, Inc. seeks Early Career Mechanical Engineers to join our Mechanical Engineering teams. You will collaborate on design development, perform technical analyses, and support multiple projects across diverse markets, helping communities and clients achieve sustainable outcomes.

The role emphasizes hands-on learning, teamwork, and exposure to infrastructure projects while building a strong foundation for your engineering career. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred.
• No prior engineering experience required; internships or cooperative learning through civil/site design, transportation design, construction, surveying, material testing, or other related field of civil engineering preferred.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, or other drafting/modeling software preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

Salary Range:

$65,000 - $80,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
