The Role:

The Product Specialist - Institutional Sales - IC3 is responsible for leading the company's business development efforts throughout the assigned region, targeting larger scale clients. The incumbent will drive growth and retention of existing client relationships, build new client relationships, and provide the full spectrum of the company's products and services to clients and prospects.

  • Lead business development efforts targeting large clients.
  • Provide the full range of products and services to clients and prospects.
  • Oversee deal teams during underwriting and due diligence processes.
  • Manage production of offering memoranda and engagement letters.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with lenders for syndicated loans.
  • Participate in joint calling efforts with bankers to uncover syndicated opportunities.
  • Partner with Relationship Managers on new business development related to syndicated bank loans.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 12+ years in business development, product management, or related experience.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the territory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence and motivate others.
Additional Information:

Base salary range: $180,000 - $300,000 USD annually, depending on skills and experience.
