• Strong knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA mortgage programs.

Responsibilities

• Originate mortgage loans sourced through referral partners, branches, and marketing efforts.
• Present mortgage products and solutions, collect disclosures, and obtain intent to proceed.
• Ensure complete loan documentation and timely closing; coordinate with internal teams.
