Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings or willingness to learn.
• ERP/MRP experience is a plus.
• AS9100 or ISO 9001 experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review backlog and help establish daily and weekly production priorities.
• Develop production schedules and assist with labor and capacity planning.
• Track work orders, production output, delivery dates, and material readiness.
• Coordinate production priorities with operators and Production Leads.
• Review engineering drawings, BOMs, and specifications.
• Help identify material requirements and develop manufacturing routings and process flows.
• Assist with CNC machine-shop planning, including machine capacity, material, tooling, outside processing, and inspection requirements.
• Identify production bottlenecks and help resolve manufacturing issues.
• Track monthly shipments and revenue against targets.
• Review labor, material, overtime, scrap, rework, and other manufacturing costs.
• Participate in monthly business-unit P&L reviews.
• Support continuous improvement, quality, and AS9100 requirements.
• Develop leadership skills by taking increasing responsibility for production priorities, staffing, capacity, employee coordination, and business-unit performance.
