Job description

The MUSC Health Administrative Fellowship is a one-year, post-graduate program designed to develop emerging leaders in academic health system administration. Fellows work closely with an assigned preceptor and engage with departments, initiatives, and leadership teams across their designated division and the broader enterprise. The fellowship follows a "structured flexibility" model, tailored to align with both fellow interests and organizational needs. Fellows engage in a blend of project-based learning, executive exposure, and hands‑on operations through project work, rotations, and professional development.
