Qualifications

• Certificate of Completion for CT Coaching Education Program Module 15.
• CT Coach permit or Temporary Coach permit required.
• Current CPR and First Aid Certificates.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Lifeguard certification for swimming activity.
• Successful completion of pre-employment process.

Responsibilities

• Assist head coach in planning and scheduling practices in season.
• Assist with end-of-year inventory and awards information.
• Assist with team rosters and eligibility processes.
• Help improve the program and supervise athlete behavior.
• Oversee safety conditions of facilities during activities.
• Assist in care and prevention of injuries among athletes.
• Maintain attendance forms and related paperwork.
• Schedule contests and transportation when applicable.
