This role offers hands-on exposure to diverse projects across environmental, civil, geotechnical, geostructure, and construction materials testing disciplines, with a strong emphasis on groundwater compliance and environmental work that directly impacts clients and communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 0–3 years environmental consulting experience.
• Experience with contaminant transport hydrogeology preferred.
• Ability to obtain professional licensure within five years.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to authorize driving record review.
• Ability to travel throughout the southeastern United States (up to 20%).

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical reports, memoranda, plans, specifications, and proposals.
• Conduct environmental due diligence, regulatory compliance, and permitting.
• Perform statistical analysis of laboratory data.
• Assist with ASD, ACM, and CAP preparation.
• Prepare geologic maps and cross-sections.
• Observe monitoring well and methane probe installations.
• Log and classify rock core.
• Collect groundwater, surface water, soil, and sediment samples.
• Maintain field logs, QA/QC documentation, and instrumentation.
• Assist with project coordination and client communication.
