• Staffing and training: hire, onboard and develop crew and managers.
• Ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met and customer satisfaction is maximized.
• Develop local marketing plans and respond to competitive actions.
• Manage shop budgets, P&L and labor/cost controls.
• Lead implementation of company systems and procedures.
