Qualifications

• 1-3 years of fashion design experience in apparel or related categories.
• Strong understanding of market trends and customer profiles.
• Experience designing denim, bottoms, outerwear, dresses, or tops.
• Ability to support full design process from research to fittings.
• Knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction, and development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of apparel collections across assigned categories, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics
• Conduct trend research and contribute to concept development, including color, print, and fabric selection
• Create detailed technical sketches and CADs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Participate in fittings and provide input on garment construction and design adjustments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, sourcing, and production to meet timelines and quality standards
• Maintain organized design boards, samples, and digital files throughout the design process
