Job summary

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in design and documentation.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and technical ability.
  • Experience with Revit-based workflows and related tools is preferred.
  • Clear written and spoken communication with project teams and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a team-based environment across all project phases.
  • Contribute to educational, adaptive reuse, transit facilities, workspaces, housing, and public/private projects.
  • Translate client needs into design concepts and detailed drawings.
  • Develop designs with attention to detail, schedule, and quality control.
  • Collaborate across multiple project teams and support licensure efforts.
