We are seeking a junior associate to join our Emerging Companies & Venture Capital group in the New York office. This practice focuses on representing innovative companies and their founders throughout their lifecycle, including business formation, financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions, as well as the funds that invest in them. Our clients range from startups to multi-billion dollar technology leaders.
Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience, preferably at a comparable law firm, along with stellar academic credentials and references. Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in math and Excel, and the ability to manage client and counsel relationships effectively are essential. NY bar admission is required.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a collegial environment, collaborating closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated, nationally-level matters.
