Job summary

LSSE Civil Engineers and Surveyors, a 180+ person civil engineering and surveying firm with over 10 locations in western Pennsylvania, seeks an Assistant Engineer to join our team.

You will gain experience in sanitary sewer assessment, environmental planning and permitting, project budgeting, funding source administration, and the design and construction of water and sewer infrastructure capital improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Science/Engineering required.
• 3-5+ years of relevant experience.
• EIT preferred.
• Evening meetings may be required.
• Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Sanitary sewer assessment and environmental planning/permitting.
• Project budgeting and financial analysis; funding source administration.
• Design and construction of water and sewer infrastructure capital improvements.
