Job summary

BlackRock Resources, LLC is seeking a Civil / Environmental Engineer to support water and sewer infrastructure projects in Clarion, PA and surrounding areas. The role targets 0–5 years of experience and welcomes recent graduates.

You’ll perform sanitary sewer assessments, assist with environmental planning and permitting, and help manage project budgets, funding sources, and construction support for capital improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or Environmental Engineering.
• 0-5 years of relevant experience (recent graduates welcome).
• Strong multi-tasking ability, attention to detail, and self-motivation.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Willingness to attend evening meetings.
• EIT preferred; AutoCAD Civil 3D experience a plus.
