COIT SERVICES OF RENO, LLC is seeking a Water and Fire Restoration Technician to join our emergency response team in a fast-paced environment. You will perform emergency response services, initial site assessments, mitigation tasks, and specialized cleaning for homes and businesses affected by water, fire, smoke, and mold.

The role involves on-site work with opportunity for professional growth, hands-on training, and a clear path to advanced certifications in restoration technologies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces.
• Willingness for on‑call nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency service calls for water extraction and fire/smoke cleanup.
• Mitigate water damage and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers).
• Restore fire and smoke damaged areas and contents.
• Pack, inventory, and protect customer belongings.
• Set up containment and safety measures on site.
• Document daily notes, readings, and logs via mobile apps.
• Maintain restoration equipment and vehicles.
