The Veritas ER Veterinary (VERVe) training program has been designed to provide new or recent veterinary graduates with superlative mentorship and training to prepare for a successful career in emergency medicine.
Successful applicants to the program will be exposed to a well-rounded curriculum of strong clinical mentorship under senior Emergency and Critical Care clinicians on the floor and a well-developed continuing education curriculum including weekly structured didactic training.
VERVetraining will entail a minimum of 4-month training periodoffocused mentorship and case oversight andgradually progress to completeautonomy on the ER floor. A 2-year commitment (including training period) toa Veritas partner practice will be required ofall candidates upon signing.
