Qualifications

• +1 year of Leadership experience
• 5+ years of clinical experience
• Licensed Veterinary Technician (CVT/LVT/RVT preferred)
• Strong Emergency Skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate tasks

Responsibilities

• Manage workflow
• Manage associate schedules and call-outs
• Collaborate with hospital management to progress the hospital
• Conduct interviews for new hires
• Support educational development of technicians
• Schedule and lead team meetings
• Mentor technicians within the department
• Resolve conflicts professionally
• Provide quarterly performance feedback
• Monitor day-to-day activities and engage with staff
• Maintain and implement protocols
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies
