Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certification as a Veterinary Technician; emergency experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with emergency triage and stabilize critically ill or injured animals.
• Perform diagnostic procedures, such as blood work, radiographs, and ultrasounds.
• Administer medications, fluids, and treatments as prescribed by veterinarians.
• Provide post-operative care and monitoring to surgical patients.
• Communicate effectively with the veterinary team and pet owners, providing updates on patient status and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
