Job summary

BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking an Emergency Veterinary Technician Supervisor with a passion for teamwork and leadership to motivate, engage, and train a diverse group of veterinary professionals. Pay is $26–$40 per hour, starting point based on experience.

You will mentor staff, coach teams to anticipate patient and client needs, organize technician meetings, and expand your advanced clinical skills while contributing to hospital leadership.

BluePearl Pet Hospital is looking for an Emergency Veterinary Technician Supervisor with passion and the ability to help motivate, engage, and train a team of veterinary professionals.

Pay: $26 - $40 / hour

This pay band is a starting point and is dependent on experience

As an Emergency Veterinary Technician Supervisor , you will...

• Serve as a mentor to staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge.
• Coach team members to be continuously aware and proactive at anticipating and addressing patient and client needs and to seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations.
• Works with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings.
• Support and mentor the technicians by utilizing your advanced technical skills.
• Organize training schedules for Technician staff.

• Identify conflicts in the workplace and seeks assistance in resolution .
• Provide feedback leadership and works to develop performance improvement plans.
• Other related duties as assigned.
